In this episode we’re speaking with Dr Anita Archer. Anita is an educational consultant to school districts on explicit instruction. She has taught primary and secondary school students and is the recipient of 10 awards honouring her excellence in teaching and contributions to the field of education. Anita has served on the faculties of several renowned universities, published numerous books about teaching and learning, and had a huge impact on education over her fifty five years in the profession.

Anita is actually the most requested guest for the ERRR podcast, which is why I thought it would be great to have her on for the five year anniversary, and today we’re discussing her hugely popular book, Explicit Instruction: Effective and Efficient Teaching.
